Training & Professional Development

Our commitment to the growth and expertise of our employees drives us to invest in their training and professional development. Launched in 2020, TrainUp! stands as CMBM’s comprehensive training program, accessible to all members of our team. 

Cert III Cleaning Operations

TrainUp! provides Cert III Cleaning Operations certification to support the professional advancement of employees within our cleaning division. Where applicable, we extend our training offerings to encompass industry-related diplomas, including asset maintenance and trades. This holistic approach ensures comprehensive growth and expertise within our workforce.

CMBM have also invested in developing highly experienced senior staff to become Trainers and Assessors at a Vocational Education and Training level. Additionally, all management undertake Frontline Management training and participate in regular sales training sessions to support their professional development and assist in upholding the operations of CMBM.
