CMBM Facility Services recently assisted in revitalising campus facilities for Hillbrook Anglican School, delivering a series of building projects and ongoing programmed cleaning services.
Hillbrook have continued to be entrust CMBM’s cleaning team with the school’s extensive cleaning portfolio, consisting of administrative buildings, four blocks of classrooms, and more.
Our Building Services team also delivered various refurbishment projects, including upgrades to the Performing Arts Centre, as part of CMBM’s ‘one-stop-shop’ offering for Queensland schools.

Scope
CMBM were engaged to complete a series of refurbishments for the performing arts centre at Hillbrook, including:
- Supply and installation of commercial grade carpet tiles
- Timber-look sheet vinyl installation
- Ceiling tile installation
CMBM were also entrusted to undertake extensive programmed cleaning services at the site, including:
- Administrative buildings
- Four blocks of classrooms
- Recreational centre
- Library
- Chapel
Building services
Supply and installation of commercial grade carpet tiles
Worn carpet was carefully removed and replaced with commercial-grade carpet tiles in the office area of the performing arts centre, brightening the space and contributing to a cleaner and more professional ambiance.
Timber-look sheet vinyl installation
Worn carpet in the centre’s corridors was removed and replaced with timber-look sheet vinyl, introducing a durable and low-maintenance flooring solution suitable for daily high foot traffic.
Ceiling tile installation
New ceiling tiles were installed to improve the acoustics and aesthetic of the space.
Transparent reporting
CMBM delivered a comprehensive job report at the conclusion of the project for complete transparency. This included detailed information on the services rendered and progress photos, providing the client with a thorough understanding of the project’s progression and outcomes.

Commercial cleaning services
Glass cleaning
Our cleaning team enhanced natural light and provided clearer views for students and staff with streak-free glass cleaning at the school.
Litter collection and vacuuming
CMBM created an inviting atmosphere with thorough litter collection and vacuuming, resulting in debris-free surfaces and clean walkways.
Sanitisation of high-touch points
Sanitisation of high-touch points, including desks, chairs, hand basins, urinals, railings, doors, and windows, elevated the hygiene standards of the campus, minimising the risk of contamination.
Replenishing consumables
Ensuring consumables are adequately replenished is crucial to maintaining a consistent level of hygiene. CMBM ensured essential items like soap and paper towels were readily available at the school.
Specialised cleaning
Our cleaning team undertook specialised cleaning tasks, including dusting, stain and spill removal, and more, eliminating unsightly marks and imperfections, and resulting in an overall improved aesthetic.
