The CMBM Sunshine Coast team is proud to provide our on-going cleaning services for the Sunshine Coast Turf club since 2017. Apart from the daily programmed cleaning for the Club, our professional cleaning team offer event cleaning for the club, throughout the year, such as Sunshine Coast Raceday, 100 Club Raceday, and Ladies Oaks Day.

Event Cleaning – Pre-Event Preparation

 

Preparation is key to a successful hospitality event. One month prior to the scheduled function, our Sunshine Coast cleaning team will collaborate with the team from the Sunshine Coast Turf Club to establish the needs for the event. This ensures the event is seamless and runs smoothly for the team and their guests / patrons.

 

In the week leading up to the event, our team performs  a thorough pre-clean of the venue, including: 

  • Wiping and sanitising chairs and tables 
  • Cleaning windows, including external and high-access areas 
  • Polishing entryways and guest areas 

The goal was to present a fresh, welcoming space that met both aesthetic and hygiene standards expected of high-quality Sunshine Coast hospitality venues.

Event Cleaning – During the Event

 

CMBM provided dedicated onsite cleaning support throughout the event to maintain cleanliness and hygiene for guests. Our experienced hospitality cleaners were positioned strategically around the venue to respond quickly to any cleaning needs.

Key features of our event cleaning service included:  

    • Continuous bin clearing before they became full, as recommended by our supervisor to reduce strain on staff and avoid hazards 
    • Fast response to spills, particularly alcohol and food, using safe, non-toxic cleaning agents 
    • Clear communication among team members via radios for efficient coordination 
    • Discreet, professional presence to ensure minimal disruption to the guest experience 

Our cleaning team helped the event run smoothly and maintained a safe environment for all attendees.

Event Cleaning – Post-Event Recovery

 

Once the event concluded, our Sunshine Coast hospitality cleaning team returned to restore the venue to its original condition—ready for the next day’s business. 

Post-event cleaning included: 

  • Full waste removal and bin sanitisation 
  • Deep cleaning of all areas according to cleaning scope  
  • Sanitising all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and guest areas 
  • Final inspection to ensure the venue met post-event hygiene standards  

We worked closely with the client to complete the cleaning overnight, minimising downtime and ensuring the venue could reopen without delay.
